The ZDM Group's education program offers a systematic, integrated approach to training. The ZDM Group's public and custom-designed, in-house courses educate in Six Sigma tools, as well as the integration and application of Six Sigma for decision-making based on statistically sound data.

Participants learn how to apply Six Sigma in new product or process development, manufacturing operations improvement, process and product validation, and finance and administration processes.
