Public Seminars and Workshops
The ZDM Group offers a unique, systematic, integrated approach to courses in Six Sigma tools, the integration and application of Six Sigma for decision making based on statistically sound data, world class container innovation and development and PET container manufacturing.
The ZDM Group conducts both public and custom-designed, in-house courses. Participants learn how to apply Six Sigma in new product or process development, manufacturing operations improvement, process and product validation, and finance and administration processes.
